Did more hunting pressure make hunting better in TL? Would you prefer to hunt deer that have been subject to heavy hunting pressure or deer that haven't seen in a hunter a week? How many legal buck did you say you saw during rifle season? Did you see that many legal buck in 2001 during the same period?

No,and only a fool would try.If you find habitat that actually suits the deer, you'll find deer densities much higher than that, even in 2G.That's why so many people bitch about no deer. They hunt the same spots every year where they claim there's no deer.In most cases, they hunt where they can see the farthest.I see it every year.

That is a classic example of the blind leading the blind. hunters in 2 G are already harvesting all the deer that can be harvested on a sustainable basis and clowns like you and Doug think the answer to the reduced harvests is for hunters to move more and hunt harder and reduce the herd even more. It doesn't get much dumber than that!!!

There probably is still pockets of deer that are over, what there habitat will support sufficiently.
