Try Wild Hill Preserve in Fairlee VT. I've been there three times, and had a ball all three times. Bill Richter runs a tight ship, and all his people know what they are doing. Food is good, acomodations are as well. Price is reasonable for what you get.
They have a website, and if you call you will probably be speaking to Bobbi. Tell her axactly what you are looking for, and she will make it happen.

RE: Hog Hunting near NY or TriState Area?
Eight of us went to Mohrs in mid-March. It is a beautiful location, locally called One-mile Island. We were able to book the day exclusively. There was quite a selection of rams. The boars are large, not officially weighed, but the butcher said they ran 250 to 300 pounds. They are VERY tasty.
We took 6 hogs and 3 rams. The hunt begins at 8am when you are boated across the Susquehanna River to the island. We were done with hunting by 12:30. It is purely spot and stalk. The gun hunters found it relatively easy to hunt the hogs. Two of us bowhunted and it was quite challenging. They certainly did not stand still while you got close. One really has to hunt, set up an ambush, or sneak close. I enjoyed it.
The rams were a little harder to hunt. The guides said they are very difficult with bow and you often end up chasing them all over the island (about 150 acres, no fences, just the river as a boundary).
The guides were terrific and kept everyone safe. They coordinated by radio keeping the hunters separated and pointed in safe directions.
All in all a very enjoyable experience. Would definitely return in the future.
Driving the woods:
My 10 year old son took a nice Corsican ram at 150 yds with a .243.
That is a lot of pork chops!
