Wow, that sucks. My guess is Carroll County will be shotgun only soon and I hate to say that it needs to be, to urban anymore. I grew up in Carroll and my dad has 23 acres near Westminster and there are way too many yahoo's out there shooting up the place.

Sounds good to me. I would prefer to see the majority of the county go to bow only. There are excellent bow hunting opportunities in Howard county. This part of MD is getting more developed.
