i hope i am wrong but pa. is following other states and it could happen.
remember, they are out to get more money and this would get more hunters in woods and buying licenses etc.
you may see a buck,doe, permit, goose permit,bear, fox,coyote,turkey,rabbit, squirreal,grouse, pheasant,cougar,
woops, not that one.
you get my point of where they have already gone and may go farther.

but states like wisconsin, i have friends there and they did same thing as pa.
now, they are in same situation.very few deer and lots of tags.
