Good Question(s). I have no idea when it was shot - yr or decade.Don't really care. All I know is it was stated in an e-mail that it was shot in the county in PA I mentioned. That's why I posted it here.
Again - a little research should clear it up. If not I'll delete the pic.
I sure wouldn't post pic of deer that wasn't shot in PA or might be illegal

AJ, just fingured I'd look it up and see what I can come up with on that buck. Personally I could care less where it was shot it's still a heck of a deer but thought it would stop a huge debate before it started.
Here's som info on it.
Shot 11-26-04
field dressed 215lbs
Hunter--Roger Broyles
150 yd shoot.
county--Livingston Kentucky
total points 24
a link to awesome antlers

another link
http://www.american-hunter.com/monsterbucks/ky_fr_buck.htm
and here's a link that even explains the rumor of the buck being a lycoming county deer and explains the truth as well.
Hope all of this helps

Great job “bearklr”!

It seems like we have just established a new precedent. In the past it seemed it was always up to the poster to prove the information he posted was legitimate. Now it appears that burden of proof has shifted to the rest of the user community to prove that the poster’s information is legitimate or not.
Some folksare going to have a field day with this new "man law"!

Wow - that was quick easy.Good Research
Now - I have advised my wife the pic is a PA hoax/fraud.Found out when I pushed for details that her boss in State Parks (not F&W) received e-mail from his buddy in PA saying it was a PA deer etc...etc.. Seeing how wifes boss is oringanly from PA and part owner of long time family hunting camp up there he wanted wife to print pics(there are 3) on her super duper printer.
So there's the scoop.
Nice Deer where ever it's from.I really had my doubts on this.I know from reading here there can't possibly be any deer in PA with head gear like that.If so - probably only 3-4 in the whole state
