There is 8 acres of field zoned for 2 residential homes on sale right now on route 301 in MD for $320,000. So obviously land prices vary!

I don't know where the middle ground really is in all of this discussion but I do know that if the hunters don't hurry up and find it we're all gonna be hurting for places to hunt. Like somebody else said earlier, the worse part about this subject is it never ends. I have people that live all around me who have cardeer's exact opinion about this and I've never seen the hunting better than it is right now. I think the GC does some pretty stupid things but I'll take them over anything Fast Eddie might have in mind.

Just spent 2 - 6 hour days hunting 4C and didn't see a deer. I guess we have managed them right into extinction.

I am sure they have bigger antlers and the trees are growing better, here just 1/2 mile from pure Farm Country.
