do you need a license to hunt varmits in MO?
do you need a license to hunt varmits (ground hogs an coyotes) in MO? and do they have many feral pigs down there. i have never seen a feral pig while at my grandmothers but i found a dead pig once and there arent any pig farmers real close.

All that you need is a small game permit for varmits in the state of Missouri. There are some seasons set for them;
Groundhogs--Opens the day after spring turkey season closes to Dec. 15, 2002
Coyotes--Opens the day after spring turkey season closes to March 31, 2003
There are some feral pigs in Missouri, and certain counties for them to be taken out of. Small game permit needed, no limits or methods as far as I know, but check with the Missouri Dept. of Conservation for the correct information. Their web address is
