I have hunted everything else for several years, but never yotes.acouple of weeks ago I went for a walk in my timber and found a bunch of turkey feathers, with them was a 7" beard. I decided I better learn to yote hunt.
I have been out a couple of times with a rabbit squeeler, but no success.
I would appreciate any suggestions you have to help me get started.I have 98 acres of ground, only 5 acres is cleared so if you or anyone else on this site wants to hunt this ground and help me learn to coyote hunt, your welcome.

redneck bill,,,,i can remember a few things from when we used to hunt them in rockford and missouri when i was younger, but im pretty much goin out in the field andlearning myself and goin at it trial and error, like i said i really dont have neone to teach me ....# 1 thing is scent...we usede to use skunk...i havent picked anything up yet for next week though, havent decided what im going to use yet,are you using a cotton tail squeeler? we NEVER had luck with those...tried and true jack rabbit squeeler and a yelper is what we use,i want to pick up a howler and try it out...i hear they are coming in pretty easy this year around the river...a friends father swears by a distresed chicken call...i was thinkin about lookin into that one too...and yes..my friend and i would love to come hunt with you,3 people for coyotes will definatly be alittle harder but i think if we spaced out and dont over call we could do it...we can all learn from each other!!
