Are there any hunters in the Anoka/Coon Rapids area of MN on here? I am supposed to be in that area over Christmas this year and would like to chat with some folks who could tell me a little about the area for hunting. Thanks.

One place to check out is the sherburne county wildlife refuge (about 20 minutes Northwestof anoka). I think it's around 24,000 acres. lots of deer. i got an 8pt and a doe there by 8am opening morning. i should mention though, there are more hunters then deer.
