need safety harness for treestand
I'm looking for a recomendation for a good harness to keep me in my tree. (Some people say it's too late, that I'm out of my tree already)
The treestand I have right now is a ladder and hang-on setup.
The only safety harness I've got is the cheap little belt thing that goes around your chest. (it came with the treestand) I don't care for it at all. It's not comfortable, slips down as I move and if I ever fall with it, I'll probably puncture a lung.
I'd like a good 4-point(or 5-point if that's what they are). Ya'know, one that keeps your weight on your legs.
Keep 'em all in the Bull.

RE: need safety harness for treestand
I just ordered a "Seat O The Pants" full body harness from Bass Pro. They are about $60 and well worth it. It distributes the weight better then the chest harness and you can also use it as a climbing harness. I think alot of people will recommend this harness.
