Default Thumbs up to Swarovski Optic's Service

A few days ago I was looking for the information on my scope that I bought a couple of years ago. I couldn't find any of the books and couldn't find the information that I was looking for on the Swarovski site.
I contacted Swarovski through the email and asked if they could help with some information. Within three days of when I sent the email I got a package in the mail from Swarovski. It was all the books and information on my scope that I had lost.

Thanks to them.....that is good service.

Just got back from an elk hunting trip in Wyoming...warm weather, full moon, no wapiti. Anyway, during the trip, my 7x42 SLC's fogged up mid week, and could not really be used. Got back home and sent them off to Swarovski on a Wednesday and got them back the following Tuesday...SHOCKED. They upgraded my old 'hawk eyes' by doing the following:

1. Replaced the green rubberized prism housing.
2. installed the newer faster focus.
3. installed the new locking diopter.
4. installed the twist out eycups.
5. realigned, leak-tested, and refilled with nitrogen.

Basically, upgraded everything to the new SLC's. UNBELIEVABLE

I will be a Swarovski customer for life...

Their customer service is hard to beat. One of my SLC eyepieces got loose and started coming off. They just sent me the replacement piece with instructions for installation so that I wouldn't have to send them in and be without binoculars.
