Just wanted to let you all know what I think of the stealth digital cam. I really am pleased with the performance. It took 105 pictures on one set of batteries(6 AA). I used energizer lithiums. They are pretty expensive but regular energizer max batteries lasted about 60 pictures. My camera took those 105 pictures over 16 days and I had 8 false set offs but I think that it was caused by a branch that was blowing around. I also have the solar panel on order but will not get it untill the end of June. Here's a picture. I know it's small but I had to resize it to get it able to upload. I'll try to get it at a bigger size so you can see more detail.

Nice pics! I just got my digital stealth cam and am plesantly suprised at how long the batteries last. The pics are great quality however I haven't gotten any night pics yet. Have you tried to get the avi video to work yet? I'm going to switch mine over this weekend to see if I can get some video.

I haven't tried out the AVI yet. As soon as I get the solar panel I will try it out and give an update. I can't get out to my lease but about once a month and I'm afraid the AVI will eat up the batteries very quickly.

how is the camera noise. I have a regular stealth cam, but would like to grab a digital one! Is the flash bothersome to bigger deer?
