Dissappointed with my Yamaha 600
#11
The new yamaha 400cc still have the manual 5 gear foot shift on them. They look like a real great bike and i would pick them anyday over a kodiak or a grizzly. Balistic Tip i also have a 98 big bear 350cc and how that bike is still going i have no idea. It has been a real work horse for us on the farm and has seen alot of sloughs, rivers, bush etc but she's still tickin. I really don't use it that much for hunting but BRONCO a quad DOES have alot of different uses. You don't know how u ever lived without one after u get one. Ours is constanly workin pullin calves into the shed on a sled, chasin cows, hauling mineral blocks, pickin stones. I could not imagine trapping in the spring time without a quad, it would be impossible to have to try and get to these areas with a truck or walking carrying 2--50lb beavers. Probably within the next 5 years i will be getting a new quad and the yamaha big bears haven't failed me yet so why change.. If i would look at something else it would be a honda,,,,they are pretty popular here and i have seen hondas do some pretty amazing things before.

I have a 1998 Yamaha Big Bear 350 and so far i've never had any problems with it other than changing the battery. I have it serviced once a year usually in the spring.
