I have a Streamlight, takes 4 AA batteries, very bright, push button switch on the end. Don't remember what it cost, but I am sure it was way less the $70.

I am not gonna fool with the cheaper surefires anymore. I'm loving my browning light. I label it as junk because I don't like failures. Usually if I have a tool, light, or firearm that fails it gets gone in a heartbeat. I am ordering one of their light forearms for my tactical 870 though and I may get one of the higher dollar lights later on. But to have had that light die on me doing basically nothing just didn't cut it especially after the quality i'm used to from my maglights.
