Default Multi Caliber Adapter

Does anyone know where I can get a Multi Caliber Adapter? Cabela’s is sold out and said they may not be stocking them anymore. Specifically I’m looking for an adapter for a .223 to .22 LR. I’ve checked ebay with no luck.
Thanks

None of the gun parts places I use have any either. I would suggest contacting cabela's and finding out who makes them. Then, maybe you can order direct, or they can tell you who to order through. Hope that helps. And good luck.

Yeah tried that too. Cabelas won't give up any information about who supplies or makes it. I'll keep combing the web I guess. Thanks

The biggest maker of these "was" Harry Owens. When he passed everything was sold to a guy in Anchorage Alaska, and be damned if i put my finger on his addy right now!!!

Anyway, do a search on subchambers, or maybe Harry Owens and see if you can get it.

I sold a lot of these in the past, i even worked with Harry to build some spl. made ones. I liked Harry, he was always great to work with. (ay least for me)

I still have quite a few of them around and they can be a lot of fun, even though some models are quite slow to use.

Owens sold to MCA Sports of Alaska. I've bought from him, still as good as the Owens product. Go here:[link]http://www.mcace.com/adapters.htm[/link]

It is a safe way to shoot 22 lr in a 233 or 32 acp in a 308 ect.
It is a steel chamber insert that holds a smaller cartrage of the same bullet Diamitor ( or real close 312 32 acp for the .308 bore)
The chamber insert extracts to be reloaded like a normal spent case.
