I own one...it has never had a malfunction, I have about 300 rounds through it. The safety is kinda cheap, it feels pretty rough and there is a bar that runs though it that gets in the way and needs to be pushed back in sometimes... Put some good lube between the frame and slide so it feels better now. You can't ask for more from a $200 gun though, I don't think it is the best for CCW though, kind of bulky in the rear (like the ppk). It is pretty light though. Recoil is manageable because of a very good hand fit. I find the sights very easy to use.
All-in-all a very good gun for $200, Another gun to consider is the 9mm KelTec (not sure of the model). It is relatively inexpensive nice gun.
