I have a number of Swedish mausers, but have one extra action without a bolt. Does anybody out there know of a source for a complete bolt? I have been searching around the web for a while with no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Numrich has just about any gun part you could possibly want.
Here's the 96's parts listing with the straight handle bolt available for $72.40.

Thanks,
I had already checked them and while the price was a little high for me, when i checked about 6 weeks ago the bolts for the 38's and 96's were out of stock, or so the site said. 69-73 bucks is a bit high but I'm not sure I'm gonna find one anywhere else at this point. I know the project ain't gonna go very far without a bolt!

Try:

They should have them. They have goods stuff, but their trained monkeys that answer the phones can be a pain in the @ss to deal with.

Thanks gentlemen....I appreciate the leads and will follow them all.......both my borthers and my dad are in my same boat....in buying a plethora of swedes a few years ago we somehow thought it a great idea to buy a couple stocked actions w/o bolts....they were cheap but now I can see I'm buying the bolts I passed on years ago....and now they cost quite a bit more!
Oh well
