i just got a new remington 870 super mag with the thumbole stock. is there different ways to shoot this gun? like would i hold it tight to my shoulder like any other gun or do i use the thumbhole grip to push against so it doesnt hit my shoulder so hard? what is the best way to shoot this gun?

Don't push against the thumbhole... recoil felt on the web of your hand will be brutal in magnum loads
