Default Gun Cammo

My hunting rifle is no beauty, but its a tack driver, and does its job very well. Hey its a hunting gun!! I am thinking about wrapping it in that cammo gun tape or getting that shrink wrap like stuff from Bass pro or cabelas, I think its called snake skins. Anyway, does anyone have any insight on this or any ideas for me?

I really don't see the point of putting camo on a high power rifle UNLESS it's high gloss or you want to put something on to protect stock from getting scratched up. Deer cannot tell if your rifle is camo or not.

I've use both tape and the shrinkwrap stuff. I prefer the tape but neither is a perfect solution. The best solution IMO is to either replace the stock with a camo version or to paint the camo on yourself.

Thanks, I figured the paint would be the best way to go.
