I finally got my Savage ground hog rig put together. I was going to rebarrel the rifle but it is shooting under 1/2 inch at 100 yards with the Sierra 155 grain Palma. It is too late to get it ready for this season, but I will definitely have it ready for next year. Tom.

Pretty nice but someone put the bolt handle on the wrong side.

nice rig. why rebarrel a savage? they are out of the box the most accurate rifle i've ever seen. My model 110 and 111 both cut well under 1/2" with handloads.

That is a great looking stock.I would love to have that on my .270wsm.
