Still Waiting For My H&R
#11
For my fellow USH owner Paul.........
the 20's recoil is much lighter even with 3-inchers (which is all we shoot from ours). I could not imagine anyone having a flinching problem with a 20 USH!
Also Paul, fill me in on the shell holder would ya? Where'd ya get it? I was going to make one for 2or 3 shellsbut, whatcha got? Thanx

As far as the USH being the same as the USH Deluxe, check out this picture. The USH Deluxe does indeed have the checkering and what I think H&R calls "laminated camo" and look at how much longer the forestock is.

When you finally get to do some shooting with your new USH, make sure you slide your front hand right up against the sling pivot, squeeze the trigger and tell me howTHAT feels! That should serve as an adeqaute explaination to my unique front sling mount in the picture - LOL. I have since moved to a different sling because the stock one in the picture is really slippery to try to shoulder.

I basically have what you have on the top gun. Just some elastic sleeve that goes over the stock and holds five rounds I think. Nothing fancy or anything. I don't even know who makes it, it came with the gun when I got it. (got mine used)

Thanks for the reply Paul. I am looking for something to hold a couple 2 or 3 shells that would mountup on the action. In the end I'll make something if I have to. We have that sleeve on the 20.
