Default Bulk Shotgun Ammo?

Where is the best place to buy shotgun ammo that won't cost a fortune in shipping? I just bought 1000 rounds, the ammo was only $245, but the shipping was another $73. I ordered it from Graf and Sons.

Thanks

I personally buy those 100 round bricks from Walmart. They're especially plentiful now as people are starting to drag out the clays. If I'm not mistake the last block of Federal #6 shot for 12g I bought was about $15.50 give or take a few cents.

10 boxes of that would end up being around $155-160, MUCH cheaper than what you paid.

I ordered 250 Remington Nitro Sporting clays, 250 Nitro Handicap, and 500 Estate super sport loads. So kinda, but I ordered A LOT better ammo. I used to shoot that stuff all the time though, it works alright.

I see. I use it as my work horse load for rabbits when I take the 870 out, getting the sights roughlyset for turkey season instead of those expensive turkey loads, etc. It works fine for me, surely won't for everybody.

I used to get the cheap 100 round boxes at walmart for trap. I found the better ammo dose alot better for trap. I get 200 round cases of Winchesterammoat D***'S for $40 now and i like the way it shoots alot better.
