Norma ammo...any good

I know of no factory-made ammo that is any better than Norma! Certainly not Winchester or Federal. Usually Norma is higher-priced than ammo made in USA!

I'll be the sour apple here if you plan on using it to reload.It is decent ammo but not any better than the big US manufacturers ammo. In my 9.3x74R double rifle the Norma brass sucks. Couple of reloads and it is toast. Substandard brass in that caliber from what I have seen. RWS brass seems to last much longer.
