This is my opinion, but, I have never like the Hornady ammo, I have never had any rifles that like it, the best groups I ever got with a box of Hornady ammo was about 4" with my .308, and have tried numerous other calibers as well, and couldn't get any better.

Whether your gun will shoot well with a certain load is dependant on the rifle. That being said Hornady is a very reputable company that does a lot of research when designing a load. Probably one of the more trusted companies around.

In my opinion my experience is just as Hornady is the most accurate most consistant factory ammo on the market more expensive? maybe but I think it is worth it chad
