Hornady ammo?
Anyone have any problems with this ammo? I just ordered a box for my 454 after i did some reading and found their 240 grain XTP ammo gets 2000 fps out of the 454 casull and retains good accuracy and bullet mass. I also went ahead and ordered the 150 grain XTP ammo for my 300 to give it a shot too.

RE: Hornady ammo?
I have used that 454 load . In my Ruger Super Redhawlk I got good groups. I no longer shoot it because of the muzzel blast .
For deer out to 125 yds I load a lot liter load.
Where your ear plugs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Or your ears will ring for a few days

RE: Hornady ammo?
I use hornady almost exclusively. only thing i dont shoot that ain't hornady is birdshot, slugs, and some cheap ammo through my .223. i really love interbond bullets in my .270. ordered a box a few weeks ago and got it today. my uncle's friend has a .454 Casull and shoots hornady. his gun loves them. he went up to a .500 S&W though. wanted the bigger and better toy i guess.
