I'm using memory here so you need to varify:
I would suggest a +2 inch at 100 yds. That should put your true zero at approx. 250 yds. That would translate into the effective point blank range of muzzle to 350 yards give or take on an elk.

Not that I would ever use a 175gr bullet in any 7mm,but if you are using a pointed bullet in a 7mmremmag,a zero of approximately 1-3/4" high at 100 yards will put you fairly close at 200 yards and in the ballpark of 7" to 8" low at 300 yards.Be aware that these are ballpark figures and couldeasily be a few inches out at 200 and 300 yardsdepending on the specific bullet and the actual velocity produced in your rifle.However if you are not talking about a 7mmremmag,thedata will be different.
