Default shotgun scope yardage question

Im thinking about getting the nikon prostaff 2-7/32 and was wondering if i sight it in for 100 yards will i hit where im aiming at 50 and 150 yards or will i have to aim high for a 150 yrd shot or can i put it right on the vitals?

im using a 20 gauge Remington 870 with a fully rifled barrel

the place i shop has them in a add but they are called nikon shotgun hunter.go to google and type sportsmansden incand click and go to sales flyer.is this the same scope?
