Sorry, 2nd post from a newbie in the same day
Looking for a home protection shotgun setup that my wife could handle, was originally thinking a youth model 20 gauge pump shotgun loaded with the largest buckshot commonly available in a standard 20 gaage shell.
Seems like 12 gauges are a lot easier to come by, was wondering if the low recoil shells really kick that much less (enough that a 108 pound woman can handle) Any thought from someone who has shot both gauges & kinds of shell?

Did a quick google search. Came by these: http://www.wadwizard.com/ammopage.htm I've never shot buckshot out of a 20g but difference in slug recoil in 20 and 12g shotguns is very big, so the 20g buck should be ok.
