I have recently purchased a Voere Titan II. It had mounts on it already, but I really didn't notice how uneven they are. The front mount is way higher than the rear mount. So of course the rings are uneven. I even put a low ring in the front and high ring in the back, but the front mount is still higher, not by much though. Should I consider shimming the back? I hope someone can help me out there!! Thanks!

Looking at the pictures I don’t think shimming the back would help. To much difference in height from what I can tell. I would bring it to a gun smith and see what he can suggest...

Either get new bases or find out the manufacturer of the mounts and see what kind of rings they sell. I just looked at another gun similiar to yours on line and the front scope ring had a ramp so that the ring angled back toward you. The front ring was actually above the bolt. The back ring was normal. They may have had similiar rings on your gun so that the scope was closer to the shooter. For these style rings it looked like the bases would have to be different heights.
