Default recoil reduction

I hunt with an N.E.F. 10ga. single when I'm hunting turkey's.Was wondering anyones opinion on what is best for recoil reduction,mercury reducers or spring style reducer?

Ive heard mercury is good, but i belive it might be heavey...for turkeys your only taking one shot or two shots, so like i said in the other recoil posts, put mind over matter, im not trying to be arrogant, immature ect...but when i shoot big guns i say to myself..take it like a man, it seems to help

Those N.E.F.s are brutal.I dont think recoil pads would help all that much on those guns.More weight would help for sure.Maybe a lead filled scope!
