recoil reduction

I hunt with an N.E.F. 10ga. single when I'm hunting turkey's.Was wondering anyones opinion on what is best for recoil reduction, mercury reducers or spring style reducer?

RE: recoil reduction

Ive heard mercury is good, but i belive it might be heavey...for turkeys your only taking one shot or two shots, so like i said in the other recoil posts, put mind over matter, im not trying to be arrogant, immature ect...but when i shoot big guns i say to myself..take it like a man, it seems to help

Those N.E.F.s are brutal.I dont think recoil pads would help all that much on those guns.More weight would help for sure.Maybe a lead filled scope!:)
