My "Blue Book of Gun Values"--24th Ed. places a model 1894 with no engraving (Grade AE) at $1200 @ 95%.
Model 1900 (Grades K&KD) @ $825 @ 95%, Grades KE & KED @ $1100 @ 95%.
Model 1894 came in many different grades, mainly based on the amount of engraving, scroll work, and silver involved. You may want to get some references to check for identification marks and stampings to be sure of exactly what you are looking at.
Hope this helped some--------
