You have my mouth watering with the sides to fried fish...They ALL sound good to me, ( like thefried green tamaters) but since I can only pick 2, here I go...

landing net
I fish a lot of UL tackle and light line and a net is often critical to landing a big fish...Also, toothy critters such as pike and pickerel are handled easier in a net, even if you plan to release them...
