You have my mouth watering with the sides to fried fish...They ALL sound good to me, ( like thefried green tamaters) but since I can only pick 2, here I go...

Grits and cole slaw.... LOVE slaw and grits just go so well with fried fish...


Spinning ( open faced)...

6" filet knife or 9" filet knife ...??...
