I went out yesterday and augered down and it was about 12" thick but you can see some rottening taking place as the wheather is warming and theres a couple of inches of water on top of the ice. Spring is near.[&o]

121553- If you still have 12" you will definetly have a few more weeks depending on your comfort level as the ice gets thinner. All my friends are saying that this might be the last weekend or so for them but we still have a good 12-14" depending on location. I figure that will give me at least 3 more weeks since I will be out till about 2.5-3"
