Stoeger shotgun 2000 Semi
#1
I'm looking for a turkey/dove gun. I don't want to spend $1100 for a Benelli, but I would if I can't find a good alternative.
I noticed the Stoeger uses the inertia recole licensed from Benelli. Dick's has them on sale at $400, $150 off list.
Has anyone had any experience with this gun?

Hawgman, I don't have any experince with the Stoeger. I have heard good things. You can check out WWW.gunsreview.com. Here are a couple of other good choices that I have a lot of experince with. Franchi 612 VS, Weatherby SAS, Beretta ES-100/Pintail. Franchi is owned by Beretta and imported by Benelli, Just like Stoeger. They all sell for around $550.00 in the camo versions.
