Default stoeger 2000

Does anyone have any experience with the model 2000 stoeger slug gun?

Haven't used the slug version, but have it in a bird gun. So far I've had no problems with it.

I've held / examined a Stoeger 2000 but not shot one. Stoeger is in the Benelli family (Benelli, Franchi, Stoeger, Uberti). It's likely a pretty decent offering at a pretty decent price. I'd also check into Ithaca guns. They have been turning out wonderful pump slug throwers for years... at decent prices. I think the model 37 is the standard. It's a dandy.
