Wonderin if anyone has ever had any luck with hornady out of their 7600? What do u find your best factory load for 100yd performance with this rifle for 30-06? Also, do u find your barrel to start building copper easily? (mine does with winchester power points after about 5 shots)

I never had any trouble with any of my 7600 rifle fouling more than any other rifle. You must have a bit of a rough bore. Mine have all shot very well with anything I tried in them. Is it new or has it had a lot of rounds through it?

You may need to polish your bore. Many here have done it and can fill you in on how they did it. Another 100 rounds or so and it may clear up on its own.

I load Hornady 35 cal 200 gr interlock's in my 7600whelen on top of 4064. Have never had any problems. Maybe your gun just don't like them.

in the 270 the light magnum hornady loads shoot great out fo the 7600....

I have been shooting the Win Ballistic silver tips and having good luck ...we all have 270's though but thought I would share
