Martin, The roof wasn't a problem. Everything is screwed or bolted together using a cordless drill. Not a nail anywhere in the whole thing. You erect the tower, then bolt on the floor, then the sides and back, and then the roof. Finally the front is screwed in place and you're done. I built the whole thing at home and then unscrewed it and reassembled it on my deer woods. Got about $350 in it, wood material wise. Not too bad I guess. Yours' looks great also and is plenty big for the two of ya. Good luck this season.

Check your local lumber dept at Lowes they have cull packs you can get
good deals on,got all mine for under 200.00 and had material left over!
