OK i do have a need fer some speed![8D]Naw, not that kind. When i shoot 3-D's i need just a touch of speed. Anything from 265 fps up to 300 fps. Reckon the first 3-D shoot with Miss Vixen with a blistering 265 fps i did indeed win the match. Alas She is my hunting CB, So her sister Miss Phoenix gets that job. She does it very well, you ask the Horton's other Excals and Ten Pts. she has lead the way fer![8D]Stand back folks smoken arrows flying here!

I just pulled an Excal. Vortex out of the box and shot 7 bolts over my Chrono. The first 4 were exactly the same - 315 fps. The 5th one did not get picked up by the chrono. the 6 & 7 were again 315 fps. This was shot at a target about 10 yards with graphite bolts and practice tips. New at this so I probably can go faster with the right combo of stuff - lol
