Yes, it's party time, going to dinner with the in-laws (a whole new reason to drink) then off to my partners for Martini night.. They hurt the worst..

I currently have a set of Bushnells, and until I looked through those Steiners today I thought I had long range vision bagged.. I really don't need the things, but they were quite a pleasure to look through..
I sold a nice pair of Nikons this summer to fund a flashlight project, I miss them but they were so big I never had a chance to use them..
The Steiners are not as small as the Syvorskis, but I could buy 800 Mooseheads with the difference..
I bet I come home with the ones I can't spell..

They are Ok,I think I paid around 469 for them on sale, they are the type 2,if I could of I would of bought the 3's but they started at around 900 on sale(I might have classification mixed up)It takes alittle getting used to and they have ainferred light you can turn onif its overcast,I use them to watch the beaver in the pond so I get there movement down for huntin and also for watching deer movement at night. They realy dont magnify(spl) but you can see once you get used to them.
If I were to buy them now I would spend the extra and get the real good ones.(1500 or better)But if you dont use them alot they are not worth it.
Just another expencive toy around the house

The generation 1 is the lowest for resolution. I'd buy one if I did much in the way of scouting for deer but my hunting partner does all of the scouting. Toy yes but a good one!
