You got me to thinking there. We do the Civil War encampment at McConnelsville in June there in the park not too far from the river. I'm company cook for Moseby's Raiders light artillery. I think maybe this year I'll see if I can round up some willow poles, maybe cane and send a detail to fetch some fish this year for supper!
