I have to agree with leafrivermac. I have found this way to be very easy. One small slit in the mibble of the back and pull in both directions, takes all of 3 seconds to skin. Then I slice em' up the belly, grab by the head and rear legs and give it a good fling and everything flies right out. You'll have them vleaned in no time.
