Default Super Bowl Spread???

What are you gonna have?

I am making a bunch of Jamaican Jerk Chicken wings, thighs and legs...A huge hot Italian Hero...Potato Salad...Clam Dip, Sour Cream and Onion Dip, and Guacamole...Lots of chips and veges for the dips.

I start cooking on Saturday morning (the Jerk Sauce is at least a 24 hour mix and marinade, plus the salad and dips always taste better the next day).

Whats your address? I'm coming to your place. Its going to be just me and the dogs. I'll have a tenderloin philly style sandwich, and they get boiled chicken (boneless) thighs. The cat gets something out of a can. The wife has to work, she's on her own.

Just picked up a party tray with crackers and cheese and peperoni and salami. Also got spicy chicken wings, sweet and sour meatballs and shrimp cocktail. And lots of beer.

I'm making fish cakes and deer loins. The fish cakes are like crab cakes...just made from grouper. I grind the fish...add onions, cheese, garlic, spices, roll in flour and fry in butter. GOD I'M HUNGRY!
