Default Sausage making supplies

I just finished making 60 lbs of cheese and cheese/jalapeno smokies and 20 pounds of garlic sausage and I am very happy.
I get all of my supplies including the premixed spices from the link below. They will ship and the quality is top rate.

Linda the owner has been giving sausage making classes for years and I have never regreted taking it.

Congrats on your new hobbie . Lets see some pics. Now that you have mastered fresh sausages you need to get a smoker and dabble in the world of smoked meats and sausages. You being out west can get your supplies from Stuffers.com in BC.

I have been making sausage for 20 years but I took this course from Linda and her mom about 10 years ago and it helped with improving the product. I will take pics when I make the next batch. I just upgraded from an old fridge smoker that I had on the old acreage and bought a small propane smoker that wally world had on sale. It worked great.
