Default Shot a hog

Last hunt of the weekend anda group of hog walk out. I took the largest sow. So I have some meat in the freezer. What's ya'lls recipies on cooking hog?

If she's big a slow simmer works good give it 4 to 6 hours. I shot A 200lb boar, slow simmer is the only way I've been able to get the meat tender enough to eat. But I'm still trying

Season the meat with salt and pepper and garlic salt, and smoke the meat in a smoker.
