My Patriot SC is shooting 405 grain arrows @ 303fps. None o fthe deer I killed with it this season seemed to think the arrow was too light.

For the animals I hunt my 350gr arrow drives way too far into the ground usually ruining them @350 fps.

I use `125 spitfires 200 lb 350 fps they blow holes.

I would just like to say thanks for all your replies. I am leaning towards the Spitfire 100gr or the Grim Reaper 100gr. Thanks again. Oh and i think my arrow is plenty heavy to take deer sized game.

Another good blade is the NAP scorpion xp's (they came out last year) and i was really impressed with them. i had gotten them for xmas and was very skeptical about expandables until i tried them out. they open 100% of the time, theyre sharp and they are as accurate as a field point. nuff said
