Default spine?

what is the spine of an arrow i hear stuff like overspined or underspined. whats that mean and is it important
i shoot stuff is offline

Spine is a measurement of how easily a shaft will flex. Yes it is very important and is probably one of the most critical parts of proper arrow flight.
