I use Slick Tricks and have never had an issue with dull blades out of the box. They have blown through everything I have shot, and leave great blood trails. I do not re-sharpen the blades, just replace them. I do sharpen the tips after practicing with them. I just use a combonation of toolmans stones to put the edge back on the tips. Works great.
