OK boys I need some help with info on these feed spreaders. Right now I'm carring in all my corn and its just killing me(getting old )Some facts on how they work, if they bring in deer at good shooting time, any one using a spreader give me some idea on how to use it, which ones are good ones and so on

Default RE: Feed Speaders

What baiting I do I carry in.
That said, I know some guys who use feeders & as long as theyre flled regularly so the deer keep coming I'v been told they are often in earshot when the feeder comes on & when they hear it they come in. believe this as have a friend who feeds deer (Doesnt hunt tho) off his deck from a 5 gallon bucket. He empties out a bucket of corn & bangs it on the railing to get out the last bits & the deer come out wthin minutes of his banging the bucket.
